Such a good episode! There's also that Plight Before Christmas episode from a couple years ago that was surprisingly beautiful and touching.

They kept pointing to the pilot episode as the high point of the show because of a joke about Tina being autistic. I like it that it's a grounded show that doesn't resort to being "offensive" for laughs

They also said that they wish the show's humor was more edgy or whatever. They want Bob's Burgers to be Family Guy, I guess.
