Related note...what does innovation even mean anymore? I've had "new GPU" money burning a hole in my pocket for a year and the main reason I haven't upgraded yet is that "innovation" = fake frames and being able to play new games that look the same as games from 3 years ago but use 2x the VRAM

No doubt. The shit that I've seen some of my coworkers deal with on a regular basis (women of color, specifically) is hella toxic and obvious to anyone that's actually paying attention, but nuanced enough that you basically have to be in constant evidence-collection mode to do anything about it 🙃

That's valid. Apologies for the insensitivity on my part 👊🏾. I was speaking from my own experience. It just feels so performative. They make us watch these trainings annually for compliance and then I have to go right back to watching the same toxic shit every day.
