Had this same problem earlier in my parents oven but it resolved pretty quickly in the last 15 minutes of cooking after rotating. Did you spatchcock it

Kind of seems like the transfers are bad besides Payne. Coit is undersized against real competition, Watts looks helpless, Saunders is awful, I’m not giving up on rice but the bare minimum he needs to make a layup in transition
