I would point out that communism has the goal of abolishing private property to lay its ownership with the populus. This seems to be vanilla authoritarian cleptocracy (TM) and they are not planning on giving it back. I am not sure where you get communism from.

I can only concur. For one it already dovetails so nicely with all the established open source android options, DAVx5, ICSx5. On top you get great preset open source programs with navigation, emails and notes. And of you already use a Nextcloud instance you basically now have a Nextcloud phone.
