Dancing Outlaw is a great documentary. I remember seeing it on BBC around the time it came out and spent years after wondering was it something I’d really seen or imagined.

My understanding is that birds that happily visit feeders can dominate over vulnerable species in fringe/ border areas causing an imbalance. I do remember reading an article a few years ago that went into it in detail, apparently the amount of food put out nationally exceeds need a few times over.
