"It's just a tool" is equally infuriating for me. Many of the tech's fans have made themselves believe they're actually doing work of some kind by prompting it. Of course, what they really mean to say is, "It's fun!"

I've found that the opening titles of any of these Sat. morn. monstrosities are all anyone growing up then ever remembers, so they maintain fonder memories than the shows actually deserve. Me, I'm still unreasonably angry about them.
