We have older people in our family who struggle with this too. Even something like booking theatre tickets becomes a whole ordeal because they can’t just ring up and book them like they used to. Of course, we don’t mind helping, but it’s strips them of their independence

If you’re up for advice - try and do something each day that lets you feel a little less down even for a second. It helps me (cos friend I feel you) even something tiny like having your favourite drink

Accessibility options should also include *in game* key/bottom mapping/rendering. It infuriates me that The Sims 4 doesn’t allow you to change any of the buttons in game. It makes it hard to play with one hand or swap to controller/adapted controllers.
