Here's a riff on the Whiskey Sour called the Galliano Sour which simply replaces the whiskey with Galliano. It even has the egg white froth.

Palak Tofu, a spinich sauce dish that traditionally uses paneer which is cheese that doesn't melt. Not bad for a first attempt at a vegan recipe.

As happy as I am to see flowers, the timing is scary. These should now be blooming for another month. Taken in Ouray Colorado, which is a mountain valley at about 7,687ft with cliffs on both the east and west side.

Did a scotch tasting with @suntiger.co, in one corner we have Islay Mist at $25 for 750ml, in the other we have Johnnie Walker Blue at $20 for 50ml ($200+ for 750ml)
The Islay Mist is honestly a good quality scotch, the blue while slightly more complex and slightly smoother is over all neglegable.
