This time, unlike the Trudeau-Notley TMX for consumer tax deal of 2018, which the UCP govt then abandoned - but still got its pipeline, Alberta & oil companies must act first before the feds do anything concrete. 2/2

In the 🇨🇦 province of Saskatchewan, we have been fortunate to have population-based health data for decades, so have been able to use such methods.

The study compares all those in the relevant population who were infected with COVID compared to those who were not, after adjustment for potential confounders. They would have used a proportional hazards model, such as Cox regression. I assume b/c such studies are commonly done in these … 1/
