Nope. For Guild Wars 2, I use the ArenaNet launcher. City of Heroes never made it to Steam.

As far as I'm aware, we never did it... but there were a few smaller stores that were buying CDs/taps from national chains and then selling them in their stores for a minor profit.

One thing I would like to see happen in Guild Wars Reforged is an option to change from the spinning mini-map to a static map with the player indicator on the map spinning instead.
I find the map spin distracts/confuses me.
