Just went back and looked at the attendances that first season for Valour wow - I forgot how well attended they were. Really shows how the decline and neglect from the ownership to let that dwindle away. Here’s a pic with RRR at Valour’s 3rd home game against Forge in 2019.

I think it just comes down to WFC. Cavalry, Forge, HFX, and Pacific, to a degree, all have owners who funnel money into the club on the regular when it comes to players, facilities, and most importantly marketing. Wade Miller could have done a fraction of what Bob Young does, but didn't
