I think it's mostly a car setup thing, with parc fermé, they balance their settings towards race pace where they destroy everybody. It reminds me of 2022 when Ferrari had a lot more pole positions than Red Bull, and Red Bull had like 4 times more wins

I'm not saying McLaren is cheating. But given the setup, their domination this season, if they can keep up in the second half, is more impressive than any of the best Merc and RB seasons

2013 started as a close fight between Vettel and Alonso before Pirelli changed the tires in the summer, that's when Red Bull pulled way ahead. And 04 was another era, Ferrari had tailor-made tires with Bridgestone, highest budget, no cap, and unlimited private testing sessions, unlike today

Brawn, Merc and RB domination happened way earlier in the regulation cycle (and Brawn was already not the best team by mid 09). No one ever dominated this much in the last year or a cycle when car performance should be the closest between teams (think Merc/RB 21).

This is huge for Nintendo, not for fans. Fans don't want exclusive games, they want platform choice. It's a major loss for them.
