Want to fix brightness and contrast? Click the adjustment layer, move those sliders around, and you’re basically done. I’m talking maybe ten seconds tops. Your boring photo suddenly looks professional.

And if you’re feeling adventurous, try the Curves tool. Pull the line up for brighter areas, push it down for darker ones. It’s actually pretty fun once you get the hang of it.

Now, colors used to stress me out big time. Then I found Hue/Saturation. Pick your color, tweak the intensity slider, and boom - your image pops. Got weird skin tones? Color Balance fixes that without making people look like aliens.
