The inclusion of the promise that "Russia will be invited to rejoin the G8" indicates that Putin *really* minded Russia being booted out of it. It's a deeply, deeply weird thing to include in a peace treaty.

They got to this point where they were masters of software that was dull but basically perfect. And then they tried to turn everything into a web app. And now nothing is the same from week to week and it's 50/50 whether outlook can find the mail server today
