Bed of rice, then a layer of onions, then half a can of spam cooked, drizzled with a soy glaze, this is easily one of the best things I've cooked in a minute. Small plate made food look huge

With all the snow, ended up making a combo lunch and dinner, big rice bowl with a bed of onions and cooked spam and chicken breast with a thin sweet soy/lemon sauce. One of the best things I've cooked up in awhile
