Here's a handy video of some warm-up exercises you can do to help get yourself prepared to shovel! Obviously, adjust them to your fitness level, but the main goal is get yourself warmed up for physical activity. You can't go from 0 to 60 here, & you'll get a better idea of what you can handle!

I love this dumb family so much. There is a single braincell shared between Mason and Harley while Shay just desperately tries to keep them alive.
