Classic and oddly wild film! Could pass as a good story or a fever dream. As a kid I got a lil’ creeped out when the black worm things crawled out of those minions heads in the swamp.

Friends & I would jam home to watch this every night when it first aired. It was a bit strange at first as I had seen Duchovny in “playing god” and “red shoe diaries” prior.. very different vibes but in a good way. Also when I graduated with my comp sci degree, it made my apply for the FBI. No dice.

Would be curious to know if Kraftwerk were inspired by this or know about it or if this was just a parallel interest of analog musician/creators of the times.
