Beutepanzer No. 207, Heinz, commanded by Lt. Heinrich Köhler, the number 5 tank of Abteilung 14

80 tanks were captured by Germans during 1917 Battle of Cambrai. This British Mark IV Tank was repaired, named 'Lotte' and used by Imperial German Army #OTD Jul 15 1918, when the French were able to knock it out.

PARIS, FRANCE, Nov. 30.-A proposal is afoot to confer on the king of the Belgians the title of "King of Jerusalem" after the war, as a reward for his great personal bravery in leading his army under firs. This means a divesting the emperor of Austria of the title, which has been an appendage of the kings of Hungary since 1290.
When, the allied statesmen remake the map of Europe and Asia after the war. they are expected to declare the emperor Franz Josef unworthy of the historical kingship of Jerusalem,
It was also shown that it was Godfrey of Bouillon, king of Belgium, who shattered the Mohammedan rule of Jerusalem in 1099, and assumed the crown of the Holy City, which the allies now propose to place on the head of his successor, who is regarded as the most gallant crusader against Prussian militarism.

New York, Nov. 30.-Dr. L. J. C. Flament, until recently a surgeon with the Belgian forces in the Congo, and now surgeon of the Cunard line steam- ship Orduna, says that cannibalism is practiced by the negro troops of the Belgian Congo and German West Africa.
"In spite of all denials," said Dr. Flament, "I have seen the native soldiers cooking and eating their enemies. The Belgian troops are all natives, but are officered by white men. After a battle they gather up their slain enemies and devour them. It would be almost hopeless to attempt to stop the practice, for the natives are losing their respect for the whites. They see us killing each other, a thing we try to stop them from doing, and they say we are not different from them. So when they want to eat their enemies we cannot argue with them.
"The Germans also are using native troops and these when victorious prac- tice cannibalism. After a battle the savages gather up the dead, daub them with mud and roast them."
