That’s not the point. I want to be more intentional about choosing what I want to listen to instead of skipping through 1000 songs in my library that I listen to all the time. And then I’ll discover more songs I like, and some I don’t.

Start small even if it’s a one-and-done task! Cook a meal for a friend, vacuum under your bed, change a lightbulb that’s hard to reach, go to bed early just once. Even an easy resolution can give you a sense of accomplishment :)
