Seems crazy coincidental though. A rare name, and that same Dr Charles ffrench-Constant has lived in Norwich for 20 years, according to a listing on Theorg.com.
Maybe someone else using the name like you suggested. Or maybe in hindisght he doesn't want that kind of attention, which is equally fair.

I feel like "If True" now needs to be a thing when making any fantastical paranormal claim.
E.g.: This house is filled with Ghosts and paranormal activity! If true.
It'll be kind of like how True Crime Creators cover themselves with "allegedly" every other word so they can't be sued 😂

I got my copy from a small independent website specialising in back issues of Country Life Magazine a few years ago. I got lucky as it was their last copy of that edition in stock at the time.
