2016 is a counter-example to your ridiculous assertion that the presidential race is an example of one person, one vote. If you object to 2016 for reasons, allow me to introduce you to 2000, 1888, 1876 and 1824.

Nearly 3 million more people voted in 2016 for the person who didn't win. That's obviously not a one-person, one-vote situation -- it's a manufactured complexity for obfuscation situation.

Cut out the middle man and make it a first-past-the-post race, like every other election.

They do have a say. The Senate is undemocratic for exactly that reason. There's no reason for the representative half of the legislature to be capped at an arbitrary number to give rural people an outsized say in legislation.

As for the chief executive, "one person, one vote" is a sound idea.

If it's not age, it might be the inability to deliver policy or to connect with brown voters. Talk is nice, but it's inexpensive.

But their values are bad and they should feel bad, insomuch as sexism, like racism, is inherently bad.

Making women suffer because you're not competing effectively is... bad. And just because there are people willing to tell you to go ahead and be sexist doesn't make it okay.
