Oh for sure, with the whole "democratization of art" conversation around AI is so silly, it's like you say, the resources ARE THERE already. And like I said, a good way to do that is to SUPPORT the arts, not steal from artists haha.

Of course anyone can make art. But certain branches of art are more accessible if you have more money, getting supplies, wanting the skills to enter certain artistic fields. There's lots of resources yes, but it's still expensive if you're trying to do the whole 9 yards.
