This is disgraceful.
Why would you cut funding for programs serving the deaf and the blind while benefitting to the wealthiest 0.1%? If we look for comparable cases, we see that this is exactly what governments obsessed with eugenics always do. The deaf and blind are to disappear, not to be mainstreamed into society.
