I started to read the physical copy of this book in September, but only read about 30% and since then it's been left on the side.
Through the library I downloaded the audiobook and I've listened to another 33% of it this afternoon 🤩
So glad I thought to do this and didn't just give up

Hi friends. Can anyone recommend a good mattress that's firm, but also the thickness of a normal mattress.
We currently have this one and it's so thin, it's like sleeping on a piece of toilet roll. No wonder my back is buggered.
