Phacelia is truly an exceptional choice when it comes to using green manure, particularly for tackling the persistent issue of couch grass. One of its remarkable features is its rapid growth rate, which allows it to quickly establish itself and cover a large area with its thick, lush foliage.

This year's hazel harvest is looking exceptionally promising, and I'm quite excited about it. These sturdy hazel sticks have been carefully grown from a hazel tree on my allotment, which I take great care to coppice every year.

The elephant garlic is already off to a fantastic start this year, and I couldn't be more thrilled about its progress. The foliage growth appears incredibly robust and healthy, which is always a promising sign for what's to come.

I just absolutely love the fact that every single day I get to enjoy fresh, delicious eggs right from my own backyard. My chickens have truly been an amazing addition to my garden ever since I started keeping them.

How about you? Are you nurturing any over-winter peas in your garden?!
