This insane hype for 1313 continues to baffle me to this day. From what we've seen of it and it wasn't much it was basically an Uncharted clone starring Boba Fett. We know next to nothing about it.

There was some talk about it being scheduled for 2027. Which was debunked by the developer. So it's either closer or further away, take it as you will.

I get how it works, and I guess in such big IP projects it's probably it's probably worth the effort and big, giant CG teaser draws more people than bland job offers.
But I feel like this went even further than Eclipse. That trailer was at least 3 minutes long and from an established studio.

I loved the original back when it first released but it did age quite a bit. Naval combat is actually a bit more satisfying in AC3 and most of the land gameplay is either unremarkable or downright atrocious (combat, tailing).
The RPG games have their faults but gameplay is rarely one of them.

I respect Aspyr for wanting to credit everyone involved in TSLRCM creation, however naive it was, but it's been 15+ years since its release and it's still a mod. Collecting everyone's credits is probably impossible.
