Said it before. CSI Stockley Park every time we score. They say they check everything but I don't believe they checked Barnes at all.

Got between Elanga and the ball and then just melted away. Literally the first thing you're taught as a kid playing football is dealing with that.

I think we'll extend. I just don't think we should. It all depends on how tight we are with FFP.

Because footballers generally don't ask for less. He's on £60k. I'd release him and upgrade. It's not that controversial an opinion.

He wouldn't take lower wages. He'll be looking for more.
So we pay him a sign on fee, pay his agent, give him decent wages and sell for £5m? Where's the sense in that?

He won't be taking lower wages. So he signs, then what? Nobody is buying him so he's leaving for a big loss whatever happens. We can do it now or pay him millions and do it in 3 or 4 years.

Yep. I don't want to keep paying the wages of a player who isn't good enough. For PSR purposes he's been here long enough we're not losing much.
