Yeah, it's incredibly annoying. I've considered subscribing to one of those services that's meant to cull your personal data online, since it sure feels like mine must be...everywhere

It's not a perfect solution, but this year I turned on the "automatically silence unknown callers" feature on my phone and it's been such a wonderful quality-of-life improvement
