It’s not new, perhaps you should see it in its entirety. A key phrase is being left out here…According to the UCMJ. Not just listen to the dude, they still must be lawful orders. 0 change.

Well I can tell you 4200 isn’t the maximum and that with dependents you can receive 4800. Lots of things can impact the final total.
