Genuine question for anybody in HR/hiring roles out there right now: If I'm applying for a role in cybersecurity, would stuffing my resume with whitetext and text (keywords, job descr., etc) "hidden" in the file be seen as evidence of knowledge, or a bad-faith manipulation of filters and ATS?
