You know #Europeans are baffled by the following. #POTUS #Trump, Hates Europe, his biggest market for American products and services. And yet he loves Russia a country with the same size GDP as Spain. Spain accounts for about 8% of #EU…#America you have to ask yourselves why he loves it?

60+ is our current status from electric. And increasing annually. Low cost. Green. And our own…..I’ll leave you to focus on your own challenges in England…It’s a bit like #EU membership. You decided to leave. We’re very happy to be in EU. You went one way. Right for you ? That’s Freedom of Choice!

On the contrary Ireland is currently generating 60% of its electricity via wind.
Again. What % is Britain? We Won’t do Nuclear after windscale and selafield competence or lack of.
December 16, 2025 at 3:06 PM
I think you want to be sustainable. What % of power supply in Britain or England is wind generated?
December 16, 2025 at 2:39 PM
Pretty sick and classless…..🤮
December 16, 2025 at 1:49 PM
Because Britain does it is definitely not the answer for us. They have sold off their power generation decades ago under Tatcher and like their train
Network have been starved of investment.

I stand by all my earlier comments. And unless you believe I’m a trump fan check my feed. But I am a fan of truth and standards.

Thanks for proving my point. So if this one company is making 700m annually and 1.3!billion in capex why should they request an increase.
December 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM
Again. The electric companies are making billions in profits. They like all businesses need to invest. Wind 60% + , oil at historic lows. Profits at historic highs.
I don’t know what the wind powers generation is in the uk? But in Ireland it’s high. And it’s gouging the Public.

If you believe it portrayed the truth well that’s your own standard. If you believe this is the first time the BBC ‘s own polemic rather than factual news has been reported, well your entitled too it.
December 16, 2025 at 11:35 AM
Well if that’s your standard for the BBC it says it all….-well we’re lying cos he does …Your setting a low bar for your integrity.
December 16, 2025 at 11:20 AM
Well it’s dramatically reduced. Let not ignore the substantial point 60% + wind power. Profits incredible. Most companies pay for investment before profit declared.
December 16, 2025 at 11:17 AM
Well telling lies has a cost. Wouldn’t believe a word from the BBC. Improve behaviour and they wouldn’t be sued.
December 16, 2025 at 11:06 AM
Capital expenditure should be cover within the entities making profit of nearly a billion. They need to be efficient. And not expect consumers to subsidise it. Wind power generation 60% + and oil is at decade low. And electric prices haven’t fallen. It’s gauging.
