I will echo,
- those who lash out and feel 'attacked' by 'generalisations' when people are discussing their lived experience are, more often than not, the problem
- at BEST they are admiting they lack understanding and empathy, but cruicially not awareness, yet expect others to carry it for them

But I still love the medium a lot and it basically changed my life. Albeit in ways that are not yet visible to most of those around me.

Slowly slowly I learn, integrate and get braver and am more able to bring my whole self back into my life. 💜

Some drugs aren’t external and sex is a helluva drug (even if it doesn’t involve another person in a corporeal sense)

Fun while you’re in it, but looking back is WILD. A warning and a memory.

My brain is very fickle about audios and voices now which sometimes makes me sad.

I have a lot to thank it, and the fan community, for despite the flaws in both.

It kicked off a lot of realisations and discoveries which were a bit wild to be having in your forties yet here we are.

Now maybe I can use all that for something useful this year eh? 🤞🏻
