Like I’m sure most people here, I gave up Twitter/X when I finally got into BlueSky. Hearing what’s been going on over there the last year has been upsetting, but these last few weeks is especially sickening. Remember to be decent and always be kind to one another.

I feel like a yacht weighs more than that, but this was pretty freaking cool to see after today’s workout. Love the hevy app for tracking my workouts. Free tier is wonderful, and I plan on upgrading when I start hitting the gym more often.

Living in a world where it takes courage to be nice, kind, and accepting of others when the people who spew hate and attack anyone they disagree with attack you for being an ally just makes me sad and angry.

This year is off to a great start. Got my first xcountry ski in and survived. Despite falling twice. And had my first twitch stream of the year and hit 4 viewers. Which was super exciting. Hope everyone else’s year is popping off for them too!

The boss fight in the Landfill Layer in Donkey Kong Bananza was way more intense than I expected out of this game. Also, we are loving this game right now. Been 100% each level before moving on. Tons of fun.

New PC is up and running after a day of updates and installs. Tinkered around today while taking little breaks to clean and organize the basement. Felt bad for my partner in BF6, as I had no idea what I was doing lol.

Finally started playing Donkey Kong Bananza over the long holiday weekend, and what a blast! Simple enough premise that did not bore us. Made it through the tutorial area and first level, having completed them 100%. Can’t wait to get back to this one with @summyann.bsky.social!

Been messing around with iOS shortcuts and automations again recently. Was having trouble with one shortcut playing back audio that I was creating, just stuck on why it wasn’t working. So I took a screenshot, uploaded it to chatGPT and explained the want, and it totally fixed it!

Was able to watch the first two episodes of #Pluribus on Apple TV and can’t wait for the next episode to drop. Stellar start to the show, with a great performance from the lead actress.

Got my first shiny in Pokémon Legends Z-A tonight at about 3 hours into the game. First shiny in Pokémon game not named GO. Magikarp. I’m pretty stoked about that!
