Don't you realise that you are not a body that has a soul?
You are a soul that has a body.
We are all souls, find your light and shine it bright.
People in the dark might just be able to see a little better.

Happiness comes from within,
It's been said many times before but will always hold true.
The study of stoic wisdom holds power and I hope people haven't forgotten.
We create our own reality and live in it.
If you want to be loved the start by loving, love yourself, love everyone.
We are all one.

There are many treats in life.

Depends what you mean by treat?

A strawberry tart may be a treat. A chocolate cake perhaps?

Maybe just something simple like tea and relaxing.

I find that treats are everywhere, the trees, the fields, the sky.

Thoughts are a treat, spend time with them. 🤙🙏🌲

It feels good to work outdoors :)
