Well, we're currently in Ubud, Bali -- specifically at Room4Dessert, and even more specifically at their two week pastry boot camp, led by Chef Will Goldfarb. More on that in the days to come, but for your immediate consideration:

This month's Pie of the Month is an idea I've had kicking around for a while, and now, my greatest creation has come to life! Behold, the Frankenpie! MWAHAHAHA! Rich chocolate, tart raspberry, and chai frangipane filling, stitched together with creamy whip in a sweet, sable crust.
