I recently scored 2 Andy Diggle Thunderbolt trades for $3 each.

Yesterday I realized I'd scored every issue in those trades for $0.50 YEARS ago.

So, um, anyone want 2 trades?
Cover the postage and you can have them for free.

I hate companies that advertise AI as a feature but I'll admit the ad with Walton Goggins selling "Goggins goggles for your noggin" did make me laugh.

First comic I ever bought was GIJoe 38
Haven't stopped since.

Them: "You'll be visited by three spirits."

Me: "Bring. It. On."

Me and one of my camera operators, shooting at the Ritz Carlton.

I'm fancy now!

Ah yes, the classic comic book cover trope where they clearly show the face of the person who will be a "surprise" reveal within the story.

On another note, Diggle is a really good writer, but this series doesn't feel like The Thunderbolts. (Didn't under Ellis either for the record)

Snagged Avengers Infinity by Stern and Chen.
Bought for Stern's writing, and while this isn't his best work, it's solid

On a personal note, I almost bought the 4 single issues at a discount about a decade back but didn't for whatever reason. Saw this trade for $3 & couldn't leave it behind again.

Scored Far Sector, compact edition for $6 a few weeks ago but only started reading it today.

So far, it's a solid story and gorgeous art. Kinda wish I had the full version, to fully appreciate the art.

Grabbed Time Before Time #1 yesterday.
Had never heard of it But decided to check it out.

It was fantastic.
Apparently it ran for 29 issues and I now want to read them all.

Scored a slightly damaged copy of the The Longbow Hunters collection for $10!

I have a smattering of issues in this collection but I couldn't pass up that price and finally get to finally read the full story!!

Well, I gave away a lot of comics but held on to some of the stuff I had for the 13+ plus crowd as they were few and far between .

Had doubles of a couple of issues of The Gargoyle series (which is WONDERFUL) but a bit heavy for little kids.

But now I want to read the series!

My wife is watching Buffy as I give out candy and comics.

John Ritter was the perfect guest star for this episode.

He does both kind and creepy perfect. God, he was a great actor.

All ready for a night of comics and candy.

Might even give some away!

Took my wife to see the live/stage version of Welcome to Nightvale last night.

I'd never heard a full episode, but loved what I had heard so bought tickets for our anniversary.

Phenomenal show.
Laughed pretty much straight through. Would recommend the live show, would recommend the podcast

Well, I've had Punisher POV issues 1,3,4 for years.
Never did come across #2, so just gonna read what I have.

I read Punisher sparingly, but Starlin as the writer caught my eye.

1 issue in, there are a lot of different elements at play. Not quite my thing, but curious how it all comes together

Finally read Superman Unchained #1

The foldout page was a nice enough image but clearly the design of the page didn't take into account the physical mechanics of the book

Sloppy work by someone, as it could have easily been adjusted.

Issue 5 of Human Defense Corps

This issue is what I wanted the Wildstorm mini "Infernos Helbound" to be.

A fight of humans against demons with a solid story happening throughout.

This series is solid.
Rock solid.

Hunt it down .

This was an intense weekend, helping make a movie in 48 hrs.

I had to work a bit this morning but now I'm chilling and decided Groo was the best way to relax.
