Uhhh, farms have been receiving gov't subsidies for close to a century. Big time since the Great Depression, with the first Farm Bill in the 1930's. Price supports, crop insurance, disaster relief. Tr*mp's tariffs just make the situation that much worse. Farms are the king of welfare queens.
