My "joint session" was scheduled during the SMT business meeting, so, yeah, joint insofar as only AMS people can go to it.

Apparently there IS a PDF program for AMS/SMT, it's just in an improbable location that is impossible to find!

I think it's fair to follow up with the editors and ask "what was the outcome? were my comments in line with the other reviewer?" I would probably respond!

I've gotten other reviews with an R&R when, say, the author's response to comments incorporates the two reviews together.

Genuine questions: why do you want to see them and at what point in the process? What do you hope to gain from seeing the other comments?

(Often in an R&R you get to see the other reviewer's comments, no?)
