Farage: @channel4news.bsky.social reports on his ever changing “defence” against charges that he systematically racially bullied his schoolmates. He now says he’d never ever say such a thing to a human and, somewhat confusingly, that Enoch was right and those accusing him are politically motivated!👀

If you put the testimony of Farage’s schoolmates (from Guardian article unmodified) through ChatGPT:
“This is a rarely documented but textbook-pattern developmental pathway associated with the interpersonal/affective elements of adult psychopathic personality.”

Evidently they’d love a kleptocratic dictatorship led by an admirer of Enoch Powell and Vladimir Putin. My father, uncle and grandfather fought against fascism - they would be deeply disappointed that we are being let down by the descendants of our greatest generation.

“Perhaps the most trenchant criticism is directed at Johnson and his team, notably his then adviser Cummings, who is described as central to a “culture of fear” inside No 10. The report also targets the three devolved governments, and others central to the process, such as scientific advisers”

He kept us open in the face of pandemic: “Events such as the early Covid crisis in Italy “should have prompted urgent planning across the four nations instead, the governments did not take the pandemic seriously enough until it was too late. Feb 2020 was a lost month” theguardian.com/uk-news/2025/n…

Just driven through it - deeply depressing. It’s the visible evidence of
“How wealth persuades poverty to use its political freedom to keep wealth in power. This is the whole art of extreme right populism in the 21st century.”
Farage and Tommy Tennames have necessitated an update of Aneurin Bevan.

@mrjamesob.bsky.social @lbc.co.uk Farage seems to want us to fear the image on the left of the screen rather than the image on the right. Odd eh?

Breaking news: Yet more evidence that Farage hasn’t changed his ways since adolescence. Still scapegoating those who are in any way different.
He has issued denials - but we’ve seen before what his denials are worth (see below) A damaged and damaging individual.

@mrjamesob.bsky.social @lbc.co.uk wants Mahmood to be right that her tough approach to asylum seekers will reduce racial tensions: I suggest a thought experiment. Substitute the word Jew for the words “migrants” and P*ki in Mahmood’s rhetoric and imagine it spoken by a Jew in parliament in 1939.

Yes - not simply for defaming the BBC but, perhaps more powerfully, by correctly identifying Trump’s litigation as a Strategic Litigation Against Public Participation - a SLAPP suit. The deliberate attempt to suppress free speech using overwhelming funds in order to to deny 1st Amendment rights.

Proposed additions to the BBC Royal Charter
1). The BBC must never pay protection money.
2). It must never be silenced by a SLAPP suit. @mrjamesob.bsky.social

BBC fights back. Bannon is the man who links so many in this sorry tale:
‘A spokesman for Reform UK told the BBC: "Nigel Farage has never been in a meeting with Steve Bannon, Jacob Rees Mogg and Boris Johnson." And there is no evidence such a meeting took place.’👇

@mrjamesob.bsky.social @lbc.co.uk The network links are further exposed. ‘The released messages also show Bannon and Epstein discussing UK politics in 2018.’ Bannon texted Epstein: "I've gotten pulled into the Brexit thing this morning with Nigel, Boris and Rees Mogg." www.bbc.com/news/article...

Comparison’s are invidious - but when you put Trump and Putin side by side and compare their life stories you’d have to concede that to some extent Putin, although selected for KGB training, thus at least has some excuse for the way he is. Trump was born into privilege and somehow became a monster.

Well he’s the Dark Triad in action:
