Over 100dB for just under 2 hours is crazy. dBA - 116dB max (human ear perception) dBC - 127dB max (lower frequencies) PROTECT YOUR EARS. It's louder than you'd expect honestly. Over exposure to such decibel levels for so long can cause irreparable damage. Use earplugs, tinnitus is no joke.

One of our favourite bits of pop trivia/apocryphal tale is about the Top of the Pops performance...
Wikipedia article. "The Orb caused controversy when appearing on Top of the Pops to promote the single. Instead of performing, Alex Paterson and Kris Weston, the latter holding a toy sheep, played a chess-like game whilst passing a globus cruciger back and forth. The performance had a profound impact on Robbie Williams, then a member of Take That, who later declared "that Top of the Pops changed my life"

Still can't understand why I bought a Christmas single AFTER Christmas.
LP cover of the Muppets LP. There are baby versions of Kermit, Miss Piggy, Ralf, Animal, Fozzy Bear and Gonzo. They are all wearing space helmets as their toy rocket is in "Space". 45 cover for Jive Bunny. The Jive Bunny is dressed as a Father Christmas on a Sleigh and on a rooftop. he is dropping a copy of the 45 down a chimney and saying "C'mon Everybody Let's Party"

Same! Saw this interesting comment on Reddit about Kermit. 🐸
Reddit comment. You laugh but kermit is a valuable part of the team. Specifically the zero-g indicator. If Kermit is flying, it means the plane is falling, fast. And if you find yourself inside a cloud (hurricanes have those I think) without instrument power, Kermit becomes a low tech artificial horizon. Or at least a way to tell if you're upside down. Also, moral support. Because nobody wants to let down Kermit the frog.
