My eternal gripe on something that's strangely divisive is that FUPA does NOT mean "lower belly", but the pubic fat area, AKA the mons pubis. You don't need to have a larger belly to have one, either-- nor do you always get a FUPA when you're fat. Lower bellies are great! But they aren't FUPAs!!

Just some thoughts, it's important to me as I'm writing a plus size character for Alligator Boy and I'm not seeing this notion reflected in some media. Which is fine! I'll draw a tutorial if what I find is true, but I'm just thinking aloud.

Which for some does lessen and allow you to see some of the tdick, but as well, the fat doesn't move which means the tdick is still hidden, even when erect. Some cases mean exercising lessens it but if you've been plus size for a long while, the skin is still there.
