Fallen is SUCH an amazing movie. Denzel Washington and John Goodman both turn in amazing performances. Honestly, one of my favorite movies of all time.

There are trans characters in all the books. Transistor and Rhapsody have trans leads. Aether has multiple supporting trans characters. Scatter has a minor trans character that features prominently in later books.

There are 2 spicy scenes in Transistor, and 1 spicy scene in Rhapsody. The one in Rhapsody is a bit spicier than the ones in Transistor, but as spicy scenes go, all three are on the milder end of the spectrum. The spiciest scenes in the series are the 2 spicy scenes in Scatter.

The point wasn't why the alien's philosophy did or did not work. The point was it was their choice to make.

The first three seasons of SG-1 are some of the best Sci-Fi television ever produced. After that, the show becomes really uneven, but is mostly watchable (except for season 6, which was largely terrible).

Nah. The shift to the P90 was purely an Aesthetic thing because it looked futuristic. The prop company wanted to use it to start with, but MGM wanted the MP5 because it was used in the movie. The tone shift was because they brought on a new writing team in season 4, after Jonathan Glassner left.

Scatter: Hearts of Heroes Book 1

My first novel. A lesbian Superhero adventure featuring dragons, aliens, time travel, found family and a slow burn forced proximity romance.

Cool. I miss GA. NC is nice, but I'm a city girl by nature.

Naomi had a habit of hiding within digilife as a way to escape her problems. Effectively using it as a way to self medicate. I'm not sure if you've read Aether yet, but digilife plays a part in that book too, and the main character's relationship with it is much more healthy than Naomi's.

Digilife is meant to be very much like Second Life. It works a little bit differently, from a technical standpoint. (I know *WAY* to much about how the tech works because of reasons). As for the negative effects, I'm not saying VR is inherently bad, just that, like anything, it can be abused.

Not sure what your neck of the woods is, but at various times I've lived in Florida, Georgia, and Virginia. Currently in North Carolina. Glad you like the books.

Within the last year, they discovered a nutritional supplement for bees that seems to prevent colony collapses. If it pans out, we've solved a major environmental issue that could have led to human extinction.

There are definitely more in the works.

The series includes Scatter, Transistor, Aether, Rhapsody. Transistor and Rhapsody have trans POV characters though all 4 books have trans themes and trans side characters. Scatter and Transistor both have 2 explicit scenes, while Rhapsody has 1 explicit, so they're for adults, but not porn.
