I'm presently trying to emulate the Nikko digiBLAST media/gaming handheld.
It runs Linux on a 180MHz ARM system-on-a-chip, and its controls work via an OHCI USB host, so I need to emulate a USB host.
It is proof beyond denial that there is indeed a God, and he is vengeful and angry at our hubris.

Honestly, th'hell is going on with these funding websites? Fuck it, I'm in for a grand just to see folks doing something different, new, and (let's be real here) probably providing a lot more satisfaction than a lot of fellow game devs convince themselves they're doing.

I don't know if it's because I've become more easygoing over the years, or if it was a case of massive jet-lag, but even though I'm visibly tired in this second pic, I'm genuinely floored by how much better I look today, in 2025, than I did back in 2013.
