My politics summed up by Suzerain, and Valgslandian Socialism.
Valgslandian Socialism is a unique socialist theory drawing inspiration from Leon "Malenyev" Chavatangakwunua's Malenyevism and is the state ideology of the Democratic Republic of Valgsland This political and economic model diverges from traditional socialism by advocating for a decentralized structure based on labor union federations and peoples assemblies, rather than relying on a vanguard party of the proletariat to lead the revolution. One of the key principles of Valgslandian Socialism is its opposition to the centralization of power and authority in the hands of a single party. Instead, it promotes the establishment of labor union federations, which are seen as vital instruments for representing the interests of the working class and providing a platform for workers to participate in decision-making processes. This approach aims to empower workers and ensure that the socialist revolution is driven by the collective will of the people, rather than imposed from above by a centralized authority. Another crucial aspect of Valgslandian Socialism is its commitment to replacing the state with a federal, economic organization of society. This vision seeks to create a more egalitarian and participatory system, where decisions are made collectively through democratic processes, including people's assemblies and labor unions. In this model, regional and local governments would enjoy greater autonomy, with decision-making power devolved to the grassroots level. Hegel's theory emphasizes the importance of transitioning from a statist form of socialism to a decentralized structure in order to achieve the goals of the socialist revolution. In his view, retaining centralized control over the economy within the state apparatus would ultimately stifle innovation, hinder economic growth, and perpetuate inequality. By contrast, a decentralized system based on a federal democracy would promote cooperation, shared decision-making, and a more equitable distribution of resources.

The Next One Here's what's going to happen next. Somewhere, right now, a trans person is teaching a class, or coaching a team, or working at a library, or providing healthcare. They're doing their job. They're probably good at it. And at some point, someone is going to have a problem with them. Maybe a parent, maybe a student, maybe a coworker. The problem won't really be about job performance. The problem will be that they're trans. That person, or someone connected to them, will take their grievance to social media. If they're lucky, Libs of TikTok will pick it up. Or Turning Point. Or one of the other accounts that have built massive followings by turning trans people into content. The post will frame the trans person as a predator, or a groomer, or a bully, or a tyrant. It won't matter what actually happened. The framing is the point. Then the calls will start. To the school board, to the administration, to the HR department. Local news will cover the "controversy." A state legislator will demand an investigation. The institution, desperate to make the problem go away, will put the trans person on leave. Maybe they'll be fired outright. Maybe they'll resign because the harassment makes it impossible to do their job. Either way they're gone. And then the person who started it all will go on Fox News. They'll get a GoFundMe. Maybe a speaking gig at a conservative conference. If the story is big enough, if it goes viral enough, they might get something more. A podcast. A book deal. A center with their name on it. This is not a guess. This is a pattern. We've watched it happen over and over again, and we will keep watching it happen until the institutions that capitulate to these campaigns start recognizing them for what they are: coordinated attempts to purge trans people from public life, dressed up as individual controversies.

I get why Mamdani is refusing to go after Jeffries, he doesn't want to alienate the establishment too much so he has enough tentative allies to pass his agenda, though he runs the risk of demoralizing the left who got him elected who are skeptical of DemSocs in power.

Dispatch is a 10/10. Very much game of the year worthy. If you haven't played it, you should. All episodes are out now. I loved every minute of it, and I think this game sets a new standard for future games in it's genre.

I think this might be what the Trump administration is angling for. This is the only explanation that makes sense to me, at least. They know they're losing, and they're getting desperate. Declaring martial law, and suspending elections seems like their hail mary.

I just think it's weird when a woman goes on a belt collector arc people lose their minds, but if it's someone like a Kenny Omega people find reasons to be totally chill with it. Just like a super weird double standard. Also, no one is forcing these indie promotions to give her their belts lol

Dear President Obama, I saw in your statement you said "Israeli families" & "the people of Gaza." Palestinians have families, too. This kind of language contributes to dehumanization. Dehumanization is part of what caused so many to stay silent as 20,000 children were killed in this genocide. I've sat with wonderful Palestinian families from Gaza.
