i Much prefer handling bread dough as opposed to pie crust tho i actually despise making pies lmaoooo i just like the ideation stage and eating them 😭😭

i stick to a 3 strand typically, sometimes a 3 strand where one of the strands is already braided, i like to roll one strand each in sesame seed/poppy seed and leave one plain for color variation. ive done 4 strand, braided wreaths are a fan favorite, there's a lot you can do with it!!

the honey custard pie is my secret weapon it left crumbs and devastation in its path last time i pulled it out for thanksgiving, and rest assured i can make challah fit in any occasion season or setting lmao !!! tysm <3

my family never received SNAP (likely bc my mom didn't want to jump through hoops to obtain it) but i did grow up purchasing WIC items, relying on foodbanks, and digging produce out of garbage meant for farm feed. this was on a dual income household. this godforsaken country is so fucking expensive
