The hacker group Everest, which has ties to Russia, has claimed responsibility for the attack. According to Svenska kraftnät, the hackers downloaded 289 gigabytes of data from a server on an external platform that the authority uses to share information with selected players in the power industry.

Because I see talk about how without Lukoil Bulgaria's Neftohim Burgas refinery will collapse. Bulgaria has had a ban on imports of Russian oil since 2024. The refinery now uses Kazakh, Iraqi and Saudi oil predominantly as of August 2025.

Unfortunately, most of this equipment is probably Norwegian underwater technology supplied by Kongsberg via a third party in Cyprus. This was done with the blessing of the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2014. Another political scandal from Norway.

The greed of nowegian politicians to support the sanction evading russian import of fish running through these harbours is a completely failed security policy by our government. It is a great shame for Norway. Why they still do this riddles me.
