This is interesting since Dnmt3a and Tet2 are often lumped together but actually have opposite enzymatic functions.

This is interesting since Dnmt3a and Tet2 are often lumped together but actually have opposite enzymatic functions.
Amazingly, Tet2-mutant marrow protected against AD, whereas Dnmt3a-mutant marrow had no effect.
