Pompey Pirates were my favourite. Their menus definitely had a 'vibe'.

"Post a game you remember playing that nobody else remembers."

Here's Trapped II on the #AtariST. Few remember it because it was a PD game, but it's the finest light cycles from Tron game I have ever played. Infinite replayability in multiplayer (4 players!) thanks to endlessly tweakable options.

What video game do you consider perfect?

Interesting that the artist went for blue/purple for the title screen. I though browny orange was the C64's wheelhouse.

Here it is on the ST:

Sometimes I worry about playing an old favourite from my childhood just in case that magic has faded. I needn't have worried today! #AtariST

Two biscuits with a filling in the middle, usually some type of cream or jam. A category in which the custard cream is the absolute pinnacle.

Cover disks and tapes were a lifeline to a kid on a pocket money budget. I got this one (ST Format 18) before I actually got my ST as a Christmas present and played the snot out of the single level of Golden Axe on Christmas Day. What was your favourite cover disk/tape?

The beautiful elk!

Acorn Electron, 1983. Dad loved new tech and a friend of his had a BBC Model B that he really wanted but couldn't justify the price of, so when this budget alternative hit the market it was a no-brainer.

Thanks everyone, it's been delightful scrolling down and reading people's treasured memories.

My first love was Repton on the Acorn Electron. Mapping out the levels to get all the diamonds without getting trapped made me feel like a genius and the visceral thrill of being chased by the monster!
