And I think the key factor being used is not competence, but loyalty. So, it’s less, “do I care whether this state institution that, in my view, probably shouldn’t exist anyway is run competently” (2/3)

But in some ways those are the institutions whereby the federal government can project physical power against citizens. (1/3)

I think this movie is in my top 10. Probably because of my years spent in corporate America, but still a great movie
