An incubator of things by Jay Hasrajani & Jake Goldman. Here’s some stuff we’ve been tinkering on. And some stuff that we just think is cool.
We at THE GOOD JACKAL have been working on a few “Lupin The Third In Lord Of The Rings” style concepts, and this has been one of our favorites.
Let us know what you think or don’t and we’ll just have to guess. (2/2)

To make matters worse, there are countless Dark Wizards and Wicked Kings who would kill entire armies just for one of Geese’s feathers. Imagine what would happen if Geese’s power of immortality fell into the wrong hands.
Best to keep a low profile. And you don’t get lower than Cork & Cobbler (4/4)

Every time Geese The Goose is struck, an identical clone (in a new hat!) appears! If you’re not careful, you can literally be drowning in Geese (which is NOT a fun way to go.) Though mentally, Geese is just a normal Goose, his very existence is a threat to all of humanity. (3/4)

The scrolls tell a legend of a powerful Wizard who unlocked the secrets of immortality. However, in addition to being a genius, the Wizard was also incredibly senile. Instead of feeding breadcrumbs to the goose by his pond, the Wizard fed the bird the very item that would make him unkillable. (2/4)

Still, there’s a nobility to Cobbler. Other Goblins take advantage of the stupid and desperate. Cobbler gives them a fighting chance. Maybe that’s why he’s taken to looking after Cork. An idiot like that will never make it in this world. At least, he smashes things when Cobbler asks him to. (4/4)

Cobbler will bash, steal, and stab his way to whatever treasures he has his eyes on (which in Goblin society, is the equivalent of wearing white after labor day while coughing on a wedding cake.) (3/4)

Like most Goblins, Cobbler is really only in it for one thing: MONEY. However, while other Goblins rely on riddles, trickery, and elaborate schemes to secure their gold, Cobbler prefers a more direct approach: Wanton Violence. (2/4)

Cork, in addition to being stronger than 20 oxen on ox steroids, is VERY GULLIBLE. Incredibly naive yet incredibly optimistic, Cork thinks they are heroes on a noble quest. Cobbler has tried repeatedly to tell him the truth, that they commit crimes, but Cork flat out doesn't believe him. (3/3)

Cork does not know he is an Orc. Cork thinks he's human. He thinks this is just how humans look. After all, Cork is a human, so he should know. Cork's "family" sent him on a quest to "Find A Treasure You Can Never Leave." Cork does not know that was a lie to just get rid of him. (2/3)
